She is a proven leader, veteran, licensed attorney, and analytical thinker with superior communications and negotiation skills. Professional certifications in include AWS Certified Practitioner and IBM Data Science Professional. Recognition Awards include Next GovCon Leader and North Carolina Bar Association Outstanding Lawyer of the Year. Leah is also a national level equestrian rider.

Mark Jones as CSO is responsible for the strategic growth and delivery objectives across all of D&G’s combined $240+M market portfolios. He is the original founder and driving force behind D&G’s early success. Mark is a retired U.S. Army Colonel and Acquisition Subject Matter Expert with 30+ years in the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Programs with key leadership positions within the Army, DoD, DISA, DHS, and Industry across C4ISR, IT, and CWMD programs. Mark is DAWIA Level III Certified in PM, IT and Systems Engineering. Mark is also an avid golfer and accomplished musician that enjoys playing bass in several VA/DC area churches.

Scott Washburn as COO is responsible for the oversight and execution of D&G’s operations, human resources, contracting and financial support. He is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Commander with over 25 years of leadership in program management, contracting, logistics, and systems engineering. He has held key positions in the USCG including CO/XO tours at the Response Boat Medium PRO and as a Program Manager for multiple USCG, CBP and TSA CWMD programs. He has also served as senior advisor to the DHS Office of Systems Engineering (OSE) as DHS S&T R&D and DHS CWMD Test Manager. Scott is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE) and DHS Level 3 Program Manager.

Scott Hopper as Vice President for DoD Programs is responsible for the leadership, management and growth of all D&G programs supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). He oversees 60+ personnel on 17 contracts valued at over $100M. He also manages the opportunity lifecycle for a strategic pipeline valued at $200M. Scott is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with 27+years of command and staff experience in all aspect of logistics, supply chain management, and modernization of logistics technology. He is a Joint Qualified Officer (JQO) with 12-years of joint assignments, to include seven years at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). His industry experience includes multiple senior leadership and business development roles with large, mid-size, and small businesses. Scott is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Scott’s favorite hobby is spending time with his wife Paloma and three children Mikayla, Michael, and Isabella.
