Scott Washburn is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Commander with over 25 years of leadership in program management, contracting, logistics, and systems engineering. He has held key positions in the USCG including CO/XO tours at the Response Boat Medium PRO and as a Program Manager for multiple USCG, CBP and TSA CWMD programs. He has also served as senior advisor to the DHS Office of Systems Engineering (OSE) as DHS S&T R&D and DHS CWMD Test Manager.
